3 reasons why you should collect mobile feedback
If you are not collecting any feedback then you are saying to your users that you don’t care about their feedback or opinion. Instead, you want to demonstrate to your customers that their voice is valuable to you and that you use that to improve your app.
Here are 3 reasons why you should collect mobile feedback or in other words benefits of collecting feedback on Mobile Apps:
1. Keep users in your app
By collecting feedback within your app you are engaging and keeping your mobile users in your app, you are not sending your users away. When you are using email to collect feedback yours users are forced to get out from your app and into their email application.
2. Prevent Negative Reviews
As you know, that 1 happy customer tells 10 people and 1 unhappy customer tells a 100 or maybe 1000 people (now that it is so easy to post reviews online). By providing a feedback tool within your app you are giving an opportunity to your unhappy customer to leave a feedback directly for you, instead of leaving a 1 star review on the app store or android market.
3. Create a Brand
It is no doubt that people want to be heard. When you have a feedback tool in your app it demonstrate to your customers that you are listening. Taking an action on their feedback and engaging with your customer’s leaves a positive mark on your customer, and chances are they’ll remember your brand. With so many apps in the market, this is an opportunity for you to connect with your mobile users and leave a good impression.
